Many developers have tried combining different popular games in the hopes of winning over fans of both releases. Sometimes, it's worked; other times, it hasn't. In the case of Burger Rush from Gamenauts, it works. Like a burger with all of your favorite fixings, the game combines the best parts of Bejeweled with the customer service components of Diner Dash to create a mouthwatering new experience.

During a level, customers enter your store and place orders. Your job is to match enough meat patties, tomato slices and ketchup bottles (among other condiments) to make their sandwiches. As you create matches, you fill a meter that allows you to serve a drink or an order of fries to a random patron, earning you more dough. If you take too long, customers get impatient, although treats are on hand for making them happy again. Between levels, you can purchase equipment upgrades, new burger recipes, extra lives and more.

It might sound complicated, but it's not. In fact, the ideas fuse so wonderfully, Burger Rush grabbed me with my first bite. The bright, colorful artwork and user-friendly controls only added to my enjoyment. So if you enjoy match-three games or Diner Dash fare, download and try Burger Rush. I expect you'll be ordering the all-you-can-eat version before the demo times out.

Kudos has to be given to GoGii for tackling a unique theme instead of piggy-backing a concept that's already been done.
