Jurassic Realm Review

With the debut of Jurassic Realm from Enkord, however, comes a match-three release men can play without shame! Instead of jewels or cute animals, Jurassic Realm allows the pairing of ancient bones, dinosaur eggs and prehistoric teeth. The gameplay will appeal to anyone who looks for simple controls and a moderate challenge. Some levels require you to click on groups of three or more items to break the tiles beneath. Removing all of the tiles brings the level to a successful conclusion. In others, you must remove all of the blocks on the screen by selecting adjacent collections of three or more objects. Removing large clusters of items generates powerups which, when selected as part of a subsequent group, unleash acid, shoot fireballs, create clusters of matching items and more. The gameplay increases in complexity as locks and other twists are added, all of which will have you tearing into your nails like a hungry T-Rex feasting on its prey. But the challenge never becomes impractical. Even if you run into a level that takes a few tries to beat, you'll be enjoying the artwork, which is outstanding, and the way the screen explodes when you hit a chain of powerups. Even the audio work is superb. If you love match-three games or have avoided them altogether because most are sugary sweet, sink your incisors into Jurassic Realm.
